  • Do you offer refunds?

    Yes i do offer refunds - if the item is sent back with in 7 days of date of purchase and in same condition as when sold.

    On Oztion i have all my refund details on each item on oztion so when you look at an item you can get the full details of refund.

  • Do you Refund Postage?

    No i do not Refund Postage cost's, i will refund Purchase Price only.

  • Do you offer Exchange on items?

    Yes i will exchange item or replace item.

    All postage costs involved to be customer cost.

  • Do you make dog coats to order ?

    Yes if i can make it for you i will, or if i can get it for you i will, but the cost may be diffrent to what is on oztion depending on cost of material and what the order is.

  • Can i get a larger size of a dog coat if i like it but you have not got my size ?

    Yes depends on availibility of material.if i can get the material in i will make it up for you,but there is no 100% guarantee that i can make it or get it for you,as some times the material can be out of stock or no longer made,but i will do my best to get something simillar in for you.Or if i can get a larger size in i will.

  • What do you charge for postage ?

    I only charge you what australia post charges me, i do not charge you any extra.

    i offer express postage, normal post, registered post, box , sachtel, basically you tell me how you wont it posted and i will post.

    I also post over sea's internationaly.

    If you know of a cheaper way of postage tell me and i will get it for you if i can.

  • Can i pay cash for item ?

    Yes if you are picking your item up, i will take cash.

  • Do you offer local pick up ?

    Yes i offer local pick up.

  • Can i ask you something that is not listed?

    Yes if you have a question please feel free to contact me with any question.

  • Can i contact you directly to place an order? Or do i have to go through Oztion.com.au?

    No you do not have to go through Oztion.com.au.

    Yes you can buy directly from me,but you will have to pay cash on pick up or make a bank deposit,inter net transfer or money order.Or cheques subject to clearance.

    But if you go through me directly you will have to pay the buy now price,so if you wish to get it at a cheaper price (maybe) you will have to go through Oztion and place a bid.

    Unless i am offering a special!!!!

  • Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases? On same and or diffrent items combined?

    Yes i will offer a discount for bulk orders of any items.

    The dscount will be worked out at time of purchase,depending on what items ordered and amount.

    This can be worked out before you finalise your purchases.

    And if you are not happy purchases can be cancelled.

  • Are you happy to receive SMS or TXT on your mobile?

    Yes I am happy for you to contact me by SMS , TXT on my mobile, as it is cheaper.
